The subject of the formula C = 5/9(F - 32) changed to F is F = 9/5C + 32

How to change the subject of the formula

From the question, we have the following equation that can be used in our computation:

C = 5/9(F - 32)

This can be expressed as

C = 5/9 * (F - 32)

So, we have

9/5C = F - 32

Add 32 to both sides of the equation

F = 9/5C + 32

Hence, the subject of the formula changed to F is F = 9/5C + 32
