slope = 2

Explanation:

use the formula to find the slope


slope = (y_(2) -y_(1) )/(x_(2) -x_(1) )

find all the points

(4,5)


x_(1) =4, y_(1)=5

(0,-3)


x_(2)=0, y_(2)=-3

plug it in


(-3-5)/(0-4) =(-8)/(-4) =(8)/(4)=2
