So when you look at the x-axis on a graph the X will equal 0 because it is the origin, and when you go up to the y-axis the Y will equal 1, and it is the same for the Y-axis as well.

The answer to this question is x-axis: X=0, the equation is Y=1 form. y-axis: Y=0, the equation is in slope-intercept form.
