Answer: y=-2x+2

Explanation:

slope intercept form: y=mx+b

In order to find the equation in slope interecept form, you need to find the slope and the y intercept

To find the slope, plug in the points that the line passes through into the equation (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

the two points represent (x1, y1) and (x2, y2)

substitue

(-2-8)/(2-(-3))

-10/5

-2

m=-2

Now in order to find the y-intercept, b, we need to plug in a point that the line passes through. You can use either but I'll use (2,-2)

y=-2x+b

-2=-2(2)+b

-2=-4+b

2=b

y=-2x+2

hope this helps
