Physical activity gets your heart pumping blood to your body and keeps your body in shape. Keeping your body in shape a important because it makes sure that all your organs and muscles are functioning properly. Physical activity’s such as a after school sport will help increase a child grades because 9/10 times you need to have good grades to even be on a team. Keeping your grades up and having a physical activity looks amazing for college! So there are some benefits of physical activities.
