Answer:

Length: 15 m

Width: 11 m

Explanation:

We are given that the length is 4 m longer than the width which we can show by doing

Width: w

Length: w+4

Since there are 2 widths and lengths add 2 widths and lengths so

w+w+(w+4)+(w+4)=52

Combine like terms.

4w+8=52

Do inverse operations.

4w=44

w=11 m

Now we have the width and to find the length add 4 because the length is 4 m longer than the width so

l=11+4

l=15 m
