the answer should be the last one on the bottom with methyl and OH both on the same carbon! because it’s an SN1 reaction (water is a weak base and nucleophile and it’s a secondary alpha carbon).

once the carbocation forms after Br leaves, then there will be a hydride shift because the secondary carbocation will want to become more stable and turn into a territory carbocation. so because of that the water will then attack where the carbon with the methyl is. the attack can happen from both the front and the back, which is why there are squiggly lines, showing it can be both a wedge and a dash
