You're walking on campus when you witness an individual fall from approximately 15 feet, sustaining

an injury to his head. He was working on a building that's under construction when the accident
occurred. You don't see any other hazards and you've already called 911. The individual is
unresponsive for approximately 2 min before waking up. He laying on his back, is in obvious pain, and
does not respond to your questions appropriately. The individual starts to vomit. What should your
do?
This situation is beyond your level of training. You should call EMS and tell them to respond faster while you
await their response.
Roll the patient onto his side. Even though he might have a neck injury, the airway is the priority.
The possibility of a neck injury is your greatest concern. Manually stabilize the head while you await help.
Given possibility of a neck injury, the head-tilt chin-lift should be used.
