What is the text structure of this passage?
My brother and I often argue over who has the more effective studying technique for tests. My brother studies by rereading the entire section of the
textbook that he's going to be tested on; he says that this method helps refresh his memory and gain information that he may have missed the first
time. I think it's important to refresh your memory as well, but I find flashcards to be more effective. I use my notes from class to make flashcards
on all the terms and processes discussed in class. Then I read the flash cards out loud because hearing the words helps me to remember them
better. There are pros and cons to both methods, but I guess it comes down to which one is more effective for you.

Step-by-step explanation:

The text structure of this passage is compare and contrast. It presents two different studying techniques, one by rereading the textbook and the other by using flashcards, and discusses the pros and cons of each method. The author compares their brother's method to their own and concludes that the effectiveness of the technique depends on the individual.
