Summary writing of long distance cycling

Long distance cycling, also called endurance cycling is when you cycle a long distance, usually 70km +. It requires a lot of endurance and determination. races can be compared to cross country running. Long distance cyclers typically have different bikes to normal cyclers. The bikes usually provide suspension and relative comfort for the off roads, however they are usually slower and heavier than normal bikes. The also tend to be bigger. Their tires are also quite thin, to allow for paved cycling. Long distance cyclers usually follow a special diet full of carbohydrates, which provide energy on the long bike ride ahead. They have lightweight uniforms to avoid extra weight. Training is also an important part of long distance cycling. When training to cycle long distances, it’s important that cyclers gradually lengthen their kilometers. It takes more time than normal cycling training, but long distance cycling is significantly harder. Long distance cyclers usually have to train their body as well, not just their skill. they need to have a well rounded body to avoid injuries. Long distance cycling can be fun, but it requires lots of training and preparation. Long distance cyclers put in effort to see their results. It is not as easy as it seems.
