After using the linear regression we would have the value for a and b. a and b represent the slope (a) of a line and the y-intercept (b).

To find the values of the equation we must round the results of the linear regression to the nearest integer

a would be equal to -2 as the number -1.96341463 is nearer to -2 than -1.

b would be equal to 19 as the number 19.09756098 is nearer to 19 than 20.

The final equation would be:

y= -2x + 19
