The number on the right of the table will be x and the number on the left of the table will be y

If we put (20,6), (60,18), and (80,24) on a coordinate plane, we will make a line with them by finding the slope. The slope is the change of y divided by the change of x. So on the first screenshot below, you can see that the difference from the point (60,18) and (80,24) is that it goes up 3 and right 10. So the the slope is 3/10 or 0.3. So then to make a line, we do y=slope x + y intercept. Here, we have no y-intercept so the equation for the line is y=0.3x+0. If we put that in Desmos dot com's graphing calculator, we see that the line crosses all three points. Then, see where on that line y is 3 and find out what the x coordinate is. So the same where y is 27. Whatever the number is in the x spot will be the number in the right of the table.
