Explanation:

The coordinates always are (x, y). The x-axis is the horizontal one, (left to right). You can remember that horizontal is left-to-right by thinking 'horizontal is like the horizon'. The Y-axis is up-and-down.

So on the first ordered pair (2,3) we start by going 2 units right and then 3 up.

On the second, we go 3 units to the right and 4 up.

On the third, we go 6 units to the right and 5 up.

on the last/fourth, we go 9 units to the right and 8 up.
