Finding the value of k:

T = 32 when R = 120, so

32 = k*120^2

--> k = 32/120^2

--> k = 32/14400

--> k = 1/450

So we have the relation

T =(1/450)R^2

When R = 150

T = (1/450)*150^2

= 50 minutes.
