The length of the toy is,

l=0.5\text{ ft}

The actual length is given as,

l^(\prime)=15\text{ ft}

The ratio of these two values is,

\begin{gathered} (l)/(l^(\prime))=(0.5)/(15) \\ (l)/(l^(\prime))=(1)/(30) \end{gathered}

Thus, the model is 1/30 times size of an actual car.
