Answer: Function O has a rate of change of 5/6. Function P has a rate of change of -3/2 (or -1.5)

Explanation:

Function O basically gives you the slope since the formula its written in, y=mx+b, Function P can be found by finding the differences between any of the two points and making a rise over run formula :)
