Answer:

y - 1 = (2)/(5)(x-2)

To find equation:

Find the slope using:

\sf slope = (y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1) where (x1, y1) and (x2, y2) are points

\sf slope \ (m) = (-1-1)/(-3-2) = (2)/(5)

Now find equation using:

y-y_1= m(x-x_1)

y - 1 = (2)/(5)(x-2) = point slope form

y =(2)/(5)x + (1)/(5) = slope intercept form, much simplified
