Gradient : - 1/4

Equation : y= 1/4x + 3

Explanation:

We can tell from looking at the graph the y intercept is 3

For gradient we need two points of our choice

I choose (0,3) and (4,4)

Gradient = (4-3) / (4-0) = 1/4

We can use y-y1 = m (x-x1) (note; m stands for gradient)

So,

y - 3 = 1/4 ( x - 0 )

y = 1/4x + 3 --> our equation
