I NEED HELP ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am doing a history project and require two things that I am having trouble finding.

The first one is: identify the key people or groups involved in the process of amending the constitution

The second one is: list the main steps in the process of amending the constitution.

Also please do not copy and paste from an article because if I try to you it I will fail because of plagiarism.

The first one:

The Constitution provides that an amendment may be proposed either by the Congress with a two-thirds majority vote in both the House of Representatives and the Senate or by a constitutional convention called for by two-thirds of the State legislatures.

The second one:

- Passage by Congress. Proposed amendment language must be approved by a two-thirds vote of both houses.

-Notification of the states. The national archivist sends notification and materials to the governor of each state.

-Ratification by three-fourths of the states. ...

-Tracking state actions. ...

-Announcement.

Hope this helps, and no it's not plagiarized :)

Have a good night.
