A two-digit number is formed by tens and units. If we want the product of its digits to be 24, we need to find the pairs of digits from 1 to 9 (since 0 is not used in the tens place) that multiply to 24.

Here are the possible pairs:

- 8 and 3 (or 3 and 8)
- 6 and 4 (or 4 and 6)

So, we have 4 possible two-digit numbers: 83, 38, 64, and 46.

Therefore, Andy got a product of 24 four times.
