1. y=mx will always be a straight line passing through the origin.

2. If m > 0, it will be increasing and if m < 0, it will be decreasing.

first realize that the y intercept is 0 because there is no explicit number listed after the slope. then use the fact that 2/3 means the graph will go up 3 points and 2 points to the right to plot your next points
