Throughout life, everyone makes mistakes and does things that they are not proud of. Mistakes are often seen as something

to be ashamed about, rather than something to learn and grow from. The best way to make sure that the mistakes you will
inevitably make are redirected in a positive way that will help you is to reflect on your mistake, do your best to correct it, and
do what you need to do to move forward.
For this Call to Action assignment, think about any mistakes you've made in your life that possibly impacted yourself or
others. Think about what it would mean to forgive yourself for that mistake and release the guilt from your conscience.
Further, think about how making amends for your mistake would enable you to grow stronger, build trust in your
relationships with others, and build a more positive self-image. If you've hurt someone or something else as a result of your
decision, take time this week to try to correct it. If you hurt yourself, take time to consider why you made the decision when
you did, what you would have done differently, and what you learned from the experience.
In the box, write about what you will do to correct your mistakes and forgive yourself so you can fully move forward.
