y = 3/4 x + 1/4.

Explanation:

Counting the squares we see that the slope is 6/8

= 3/4.

y - y1 = m(x - x1)

Taking m = 3/4 and a point on the line (1, 1):-

y - 1 = 3/4(x - 1)

y = 3/4 x - 3/4 + 1

y = 3/4 x + 1/4.
