15-8x>3-2x

Add 8x to both sides

\begin{gathered} 15-8x+8x>3-2x+8x \\ 15>3+6x \end{gathered}

Subtract 3 from both sides

\begin{gathered} 15-3>3-3+6x \\ 12>6x \end{gathered}

Divide both sides by 6

\begin{gathered} (12)/(6)>(6x)/(6) \\ 2>x \\ x<2 \end{gathered}

Interval notation solution: x < 2
