Price of sunglasses Elyas wants to buy is €90.

The exchange rate is €1 = £0.875. (euro to pound conversion)

So cost of sunglasses in pound, €90 × 0.875 = £78.75

∴ Elyas says sunglasses cost less than £70, but as we can see here the cost is £78.75 which is £(78.75-70)=£8.75 more than his budget.
