Answer: No solution

Explanation:

Set both equation equal to each other

x+3 = 2x^2-x-1

2x^2+2 = 0

What ever x is either positive or negative the result of the function will always be positive. Since we have a +2 at the end.

We can try to solve the eqution to prove

2x^2+2 = 0

x^2 = -1

And x^2 could never be negative
