Suppose the restaurant in which you work serves a 9-ounce sirloin steak. The steak has 69 grams of protein and 45 grams of fat. Calculate the total calories for the sirloin steak. (Note: protein and carbohydrate = 4 calories per gram, fat = 9 calories per gram.) The steak is served with a baked potato with butter, which contains 15 grams of protein, 11 grams of fat (from 1 Tbsp. of butter), and 51 grams of carbohydrate. Calculate the total calories for the baked potato. If you want to serve a similar menu item that is lower in fat and total calories, what changes could you make

the total calories in the baked potato (with butter) is 363cal

an example of a change you could make would be to use low fat butter, or less butter.

let me know if you have further questions :)
