the midpoint B = (xb, yb) between A (xa, ya) and C (xc, yc) is always

(xb, yb) = ((xa + xc)/2, (ya + yb)/2)

(xa + -5)/2 = -2

xa - 5 = -4

xa = 1

(ya + 4)/2 = 5

ya + 4 = 10

ya = 6

A = (1, 6)

(1 + xc)/2 = -3

1 + xc = -6

xc = -7

(7 + yc)/2 = 1

7 + yc = 2

yc = -5

C = (-7, -5)
