let's take the two co - ordinates given in the graph:

x1, y1 = 1, 5

slope, m = y2 - y1 / x2 - x1

= 3 - 5 / 0 - 1

= -2/-1 = 2

the equation of the line is,

y = mx + b

where m is the slope, and

constant, b is the y - intercept

thus, the equation of the line is:
