Explanation:

m<B = (180 - 130) degrees = 50 degrees

every single triangle has 180 degrees.

So:

180 - m<A - m<B - m<C = 0

m<C cannot be negative or equal to 0

if m<A >= 130:

180 - 130 - 50 - m<C is not equal to 0.

this means the function m<A has to smaller than 130.

Many angles can be represented in a negative form, but not in 2d geometry.

I would recommend you to try option 2, option 4 is also correct.
