Answer: y+3 = -9/5 (x-3)

Explanation:

Find the slope from the given co-ordinates

(y2-y1)/(x2-x1) = slope

(-30 - -3)/(18-3) = -9/5

Plug everything in to the slope form y = mx+b

y - (-3) = -9/5(x-3)

y+4 = -9/5(x-3)
