out of 210 racers who started the marathon 192 completed the race 14 gave up and 4 were disqualified. what percentage did not complete the race?

Answer: 8.6%

step by step:

1) you would add the number of people that did not finish the race which are the one's who were disqualified and those who gave up.

14+4=18

2) you would take the number that you just added and divide it for the total number of people.

18÷210

3) then you would multiple the value that you just got from the above one and multiple it by 100

18/210 ×100

= 8.6%
