$x^2+y^2+2x-2y+8=8y-46\\\\x^2+2x+1+y^2-2*5*y+25+8-1-25+46=0\\\\(x+1)^2+(y-5)^2+48=0\\\\(x+1)^2+(y-5)^2=-48\\\\We\ have\ never\ seen\ a\ circle\ with\ a \ negative\ square\ radius.\\$
