h = number of hours

15h = amount earned since he earns $15 an hour

The inequality to set up would be 15h ≥ 200 because he wants $200 or more.

To solve this inequality, divide both sides by 15.

15h ≥ 200

15h/15 ≥ 200/15

h ≥ 13.3333 approximately

h ≥ 14 after rounding up to the nearest integer.

He'll need to work 14 hours or more to earn $200 or more.

If he worked 13 hours, then he earns 15*h = 15*13 = $195 which is $5 short of his goal.

If he worked 14 hours, then he earns 15*h = 15*14 = $210 which is $10 over his goal. This confirms that 14 hours is the minimum amount he must work.
