Step-by-step explanation:
One day, I wanted to play sports, but I didn't want to play, I wanted to win them. So I decided to play tennis for a start. I started at 4 and my dad said I was a natural. We started practicing more until I started competing. My first tournament was in red ball. The easiest ball in the sport. I started playing and got to the final until the boy I was playing against said, "You're a girl, I'll win easily.". Guess what happened? He lost. Badly. I had to keep my chin up and prove him wrong because it doesn't matter if you're a boy and I'm a girl, you can still get beaten. Then I moved up a level into the orange ball second easiest ball. I started winning a lot and got up to green ball second hardest ball to hit. I won 4 trophies after that. Then came the big ball league. Yellow ball. No more goofing around and people who can't even hit the ball back. In my first tournament, I lost. I was confused. I saw people hitting the ball so hard I was astonished! I wasn't ready for this. So, my dad practiced with me a lot until I hit the ball just as hard as they did. Started hitting full speed with my dad(50 mph). Then, I started winning again, but as we all know there is always a downhill. I lost 6 tournaments in a row. I hated myself at that point. So, I practiced some more. Then came the biggest challenge of my life. I played someone who was 3 years older than me! I was 11 at the moment. It was a tight match, I almost lost but got up in the second set of the match and it went into a match tiebreak. I won it 11-9. You can tell from there it was tough. The final score was 4-6 6-1 11-9. I won the humongous trophy that was 3 feet tall! It was a big trophy, but I deserved it.
You may now applaud.
