In 5-6 sentences, please provide one or two examples in which you've suffered. Explain how it has been caused by your selfish desires. Then, tell me how you did/or could have ended your suffering by overcoming your selfish desires.

I have suffered because many people have left me, i feel alone and depressed. i cannot see how this is because of my selfish desires, but maybe if i had told them more often how much they meant to me they would have stayed.
