Answer: No it does not.

Reason

(4,91) means x = 4 and y = 91 pair up together.

Plug those coordinates into the equation. Simplify both sides.

y = x+93

91 = 4+93

91 = 97

The two sides do not agree on the same number, so the last equation is false. This causes the first equation to be false when x = 4 and y = 91.

If you were to graph y = x+93, then the point (4,91) is not located on this line.
