659.7mm or 210 *pi

Explanation:

(2 * Pi * r * h) + (2 * pi * r^2) is the formula to find surface area which is the total area it touches.

if the area of a circle is 25* pi then we can use the formula pi * r^2 to find the radius

the radius is 5 mm

now you plug in the numbers

(2* pi * 5 * 16) + (2 * pi * 25)

160 pi + 50 pi =

210 pi

pi = 3.14159265..

so the answer is

659.734457

then round it to 1 dp

659.7 mm
