A line has a slope of 0 and passes through the points (14,12) what is the equation in slope intercept form

m = 0
Because it goes through (14,12), we can use it to find the b value.
x=14
y=12
Put all that in slope intercept form:
12=0(14)+b
Now we solve for b. First, distribute/multiply 0 and 14:
12=0+b
Get rid of 0 as it doesn’t count as a number anyway (you can also add it to both sides to get rid of it):
12=b
We don’t have to divide, so we find that b = 12
Slope intercept form:
y=0x+12.
