Using the information given in the table, the number of weeks that would pass before more dogs would have to be washed is 16 weeks.

Given the Parameters :

Initial start up = $32

Number of weeks worked = 8

Recall :

Profit = Revenue - Expenses

Profit made per week = $124 - $8 = $116

Total amount of profit made :

Profit made per week × Number of weeks

. Total profit made = $116 × 8 = $928

Total amount owned = Total profit made + Initial start up

Total amount owned = $928 + $32 = $960

Number of weeks before total amount owned is expended can be calculated thus :

Total amount owned ÷ spending per week

Number of weeks = ($960 ÷ $60) = 16

Hence, 16 weeks will pass before more dogs would have to be washed.
