Axis of Symmetry is at X=-2
Draw the graph
Since it is an absolute value function the graph will be V-shaped
f(X)=|x+2|-3
The graph moves to the left 2 units. And then moves down the y axis 3 units.
Think of the axis of symmetry as a line down the middle of the graph.
