How do I graph X is greater than 7

On a Cartesian plane (a graph with one x-axis and one y-axis (an X Y graph)):

draw a DASHED line at x = 7. The dashed line means "don't include 7". This is because x must be GREATER than 7 so 7 isn't included.

Now shade everything to the right of 7 - - - so that numbers such as x = 8, x = 10, etc are shaded.
