What are the similarities and differences each between plasmolysis and haemolysis

Plasmolysis involves the shrinkage and destruction of plant cells due to water loss from the cell due to osmosis.Haemolysis involves the rupture or destruction of red blood cells,and its often the result of enzymatic activity.
