The answer is D;
The industrialization revolution globally expanded economies and further developed technological advancements yet- the treatment was poor and injust. There was no minimum wage and when one was established it was barely anything, (cents). With the assistance of this graph and the historical knowledge that nations grow when life gains stability to then later fall due to economic or governmental corruption- we can use process of elimination to chose D.
