Explanation:

Use Pythagorean theorem to find the hypotenuse of the triangle....this is the DIAMETER of the circle ....radius is 1/2 of this diameter

hyp^2 = 16^2 + 12^2

hyp = diameter = 20 cm

then radius = 10 cm
