Answer:

3.25 Liters

Solve it with multiplication:

You can multiplicate 0.25 x 13 = 3.25

Or you can separate the problem:

0.25 x 10 = 2.5 and 0.25 x 3 = 0.75

Sum both 2.5 and 0.75: 2.5+0.75

You will obtain the same result: 3.25 liters

Solve it with division:

There are four 25 in 100 or in one liter.

So we can say that 12÷4 = 3 so we have three complete liters.

But we did it with 12 ^ so we are missing one more that would be the .25 liters more.
