x2, y2 = 3, 4

equation of the line is, y = mx + b

where slope, m = y2 - y1 / x2 - x1

= 4 - 2 / 3 - 1 = 2/2 = 1

let's take x1, y1 as the x, y co - ordinate to find the constant b,

y = mx + b

2 = 1(1) + b

b = 2 - 1 = 1

by substituting the values, equation of the line is,

y = mx + b; as m = 1

y = x + 1
