candidates offered biology = 52 - 21 - 22 - 7 = 2

candidates offered history = 60 - 21 - 7 = 32

candidates offered mathematics = 96 - 22 - 7 = 67

thus,

total candidates for the examination = 21 + 22 + 7 + 2 + 32 + 37 = 151
