so B>D>A=C is correct order of potential energy.

At A point, the cart has neither Potential energy nor kinetic energy. So total energy is zero.

At C point, the cart has no potential energy but has kinetic energy as it is rolling down from point B.

So Total energy at C is greater than at A.
