To do this you would bring the -3x to the other side by adding 3x to each side giving me -5x+4>5

Then you would take the +4 to the other side by subtracting 4 on each side given you -5x>1

Then you would have to make the -5 positive by multiplying each side by -1 causing the inequality to flip like this: 5x<-1

Then you divide 5 on each side giving you x<-1/5
